The defectoscopy of the fatigue cracks in the gas turbine parts by means of eddy-current method

Abstract

The results of research in the sphere of enhancement of efficiency and reliability of the eddy current testing and determination of the minimal size of the revealed fatigue cracks are presented here. The most essential factors influencing on the detectability of the fatigue crack are researched. The methods and technology of the reliable defectoscopy are developed by means of defectoscope D-5.
