ANALYSIS OF RESTAURANT BUSINESS IN RUSSIA AND IN THE SAMARA REGION

Abstract

In the article the analysis of restaurant business in Russia and in the Samara Region is
carried out. The impact of crisis, diversification, transformation processes in this field is
shown. The problems of restaurant business are also associated with the collapse
of currency and the economic embargo against Russia.
The analysis showed that at this stage of economic development, there is demand to
low-cost segment of restaurant business and to a segment with a high quality of service.
