INTRODUCTION OF COMPETENCE APPROACH IN VOCATIONAL TOURISM EDUCATION

The article specified the essential characteristics of professional competences of bachelors of tourism in the context of subject and professional expertise, including socio-personal and cultural, scientific and instrumental competencies. The technique of solving the problem of formation of professional competence of bachelors of tourism at the sports University on the basis of a holistic educational process from the positions of pedagogical innovation through the introduction of virtual models technologies when organizing and conducting on-site (interactive) practical classes, educational and industrial practices, in order to form professional competence at different stages and levels of vocational and practical training is substantiated.
