Abstract
In the review the analysis of the contents and the structure of the book, its scientific value is given. The book is characterized by novelty, detailed historiographic analysis, interesting approach to the agrarian history of the XX century. The author considers it possible and necessary to continue researches in the given area adding it with the material about agrarians of the Tatarstan and historical scientific school of Kazan University.
