Abstract
This article contains research of questions of the mechanism of willed activity of collective subject as an objective basis of constitutional and legal responsibility. Willed activity of collective subject of constitutional and legal responsibility, legal nature of relations between the collective subject of constitutional and legal responsibility and individuals composing it is analyzed.
