Abstract

Comparative analysis of the legislation of the Russian Federation and Germany on the appeal of court decisions made during the pretrial proceedings. The article is devoted to the problem of appeal against interim decisions of the court taken at the pre-trial stages of criminal proceedings. This article is based on comparative analysis of legislation and practice of Russian Federation and Federal Republic of Germany. The author comes to a conclusion that the German normative model can be used for further improvement of current Russian criminal procedure legislation.
