Abstract
In this article reasons, peculiarities and basic parts of the burkhanism's movement interpretation as the infringement on prerogatives of the Russian Orthodox Church (proselytism) in Altai in the beginning of the XXth century are considered. Also the other point of view on the essence (process of syncretisation) of the «white faith» is formulated.
