Abstract
In the article the process of formation of new structure of management by large oil enterprises of the Samara region is considered; the relation of the leadership of the Samara region to the emergence in the region of large oil holding is shown; on the basis of statistical base made by the author, the structure of new owners of large oil-extracting and oil processing enterprises of the region is shown.
