Abstract
The article is dedicated to the questions of structure and correlation of elements of civil legal personality of a legal entity. On the basis of analysis of different doctrinal approaches the author makes an attempt to prove that legal capacity and capability of legal entity has features typical to all subjects of civil law, as well as some peculiarities. Herewith it is suggested to enshrine in law the definitions of legal capacity, capability and delict ability of a legal entity.
