Abstract
The article explains the relevance of the introduction of criminal law theory of the term «mutual guilt» not yet received recognition in the scientific world. Detail the provisions of the existence of this phenomenon and discusses the need for consolidation of the corresponding concept in the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
