Abstract

 The problem of creating measurement materials for assessment of formation of students’ competences is considered in this article. The effectiveness of appliance of criteria-oriented testing as one of these tools, which allows to measure the level of academic achievements about the total amount of knowledge and skills that students should get in the end of a course of study is also proved.
