Abstract
Social technologies of process control for early detection and support of talented youth in condition of university complex on the example of educational subdivision in oil and gas profile are described in this article. The procedure of early involvement of students in research and design activity and also in the process of increasing professional level of development of teachers, providing detection of talented youth is examined.
