Abstract
The article is the reduced variant of the text of the report read by the author on October, 12th, 2011 at scientific session of Branch of historical-philological sciences of the Russian Academy of Sciences. This is an attempt of analysis of current state and prospects of development of such major direction of a domestic historical science, as agrarian history of Russia of the XX century is undertaken.
