The resistance to osmotic and salt stress 9 alloplasmatic wheat lines derived from crosses of varieties Mironovskaya 808 with T. dicoccum Shuebl. was analyzed. The ability of seedlings to transfer a substantial water deficit, the abil ity to accumulate biomass, changes in growth parameters and water content in leaves and roots under stress were identified. High stability of the studied lines was demonstrated.
