Abstract
In the given article the establishment of market economy, the creation of infrastructure of the market is viewed, indeed this particular is the major factor in condition of reforming of economics of Russia is viewed. Under the control of state the development of market infrastructure takes place. It is the state that should correct the basic shortcomings that appear at functioning of market mechanism.
