Abstract
The article provides a brief description of the company Rosneft JSC, the main indicators of the effectiveness of the operation and the direction of innovation. The calculation of performance indicators has been carried out and it is revealed that some of them do not correspond to the norm. It is shown that in order to bring the indicators to the norm, it is necessary to develop the innovative potential of the company.

THE USE OF THE PHILOSOPHICAL DIRECTION OF A SYSTEMIC APPROACH TO STUDY OF SOCIETY
Abstract
The article discusses the reasons for the wide spread systematic approach for studying social phenomena. It allows to increase the cognitive potential of scientists in the sphere of social Sciences. But there is a reasoned criticism of the use of a systematic approach, its individual directions for the study of society. The article argues that the systematic approach is a rather flexible methodology that allows to overcome the cognitive difficulties that arise in the process of its use. To do this, it is necessary to use those of its provisions that are most adequate for the study of society. Since the field of logical constructs of the system approach is heterogeneous, it is segmented into separate areas of development of the methodology under consideration, in this article the main significant provisions from the philosophical direction, which reveals the content of its basic concepts, were singled out.
