Abstract
I In the article active innovation policy aimed at renewal of stock, increasing of its quality, substitution of out of date means of production, as necessary condition of sustainable economic growth of industrial enterprises is viewed. Lack of innovatively active organizations at present time is pointed out. It is shown that for full-fledged introduction of innovative policy on the enterprises of industrial sector the risk assessment on enclosures in innovation and economical estimate of introduction of new technologies is necessary.
