Abstract
The article analyzes the existing principles of enterprise management. Important aspects of management, which are the main functional units, including the concepts and ideas of management, based on the laws and control laws are disclosed. As the result of carried out analysis the current trends, the development of which contributes to the effectiveness of Russian business are identified.
