Abstract
In the article the basic issues of methodical work of the university as a factor of competitiveness and development of educational activities of educational institutions in the market of professional educational services are presented. It is shown that issues of methodical work of the university leads to a qualitative change in its basic educational and scientific indicators, thereby continuously forming stable position of the university to provide educational services in relation to other universities competing.
