Abstract

Work touches upon such aspects as relations between agents for bargains, as views of institutionalists on organization of secure economic activity of entrepreneurs. The present economic theory proceeds from the fact that people by nature try to do everything to maximize their own usefulness and minimize the expenses of their activity. With a vengeance, agent can gain profit, by using information in any sphere and gaining profit from limitation of information and knowledge at other people. Following the logic of representatives of institutionalism, it may be concluded that every person is subject to economic risks. The given risks are divided into two groups: moral risks and risk of transaction expenses. Moral risk is connected with the limitedness of information resources; the second one is connected with the organization and implementation of a bargain. Also in the theme means of division of above mentioned risks, as well as methods of their reduction are touched upon.
