Abstract
Ways of optimization of logistics flows and logistics costs of aircraft parts supply are investigated. Such following variants of increase of effectiveness of aircraft parts supply chain management such as: orders consolidation, orders disaggregation, drop shipment are viewed. Conditions of application of certain ways of optimization of logistic flows depending on the situation are justified.
