THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL APPROACHES TO THE ASSESSMENT OF COMPETITIVENESS OF WORKERS IN THE REGIONS

Abstract

In the article a synthesis of domestic and foreign theoretical and methodological approaches to the assessment of competitiveness of workers in the region is carried out, their merits and demerits are identified. The system of estimate of evaluation, including quantitative and qualitative indicators and indicators of development of competitiveness of labor resources is suggested.
