Abstract

The basic directions of functioning of subjects of small business in the field of rendering of housing and public utility services of the region are determined in the work. Main financial indicators of activity of small enterprises in the sphere of exploitation of housing facilities of the Samara Region are presented and measures for their financial rehabilitation are presented.
