Abstract

Improvement of the mechanism of management by manpower of regions becomes one of their major prerequisites of intensification and efficiency of social production, and ensuring further economic growth of the country. Qualitative results in a system of management are connected with overcoming of negative tendencies in reproduction and use of manpower, increase of employment of population, achievement and maintenance of balance of resources of work.
