Abstract
In the article the material on organization of state and private partnership in the industry of Russia is presented. Ways of establishment, problems, forms of organization are shown. Authors in detail highlight the questions of functioning of state and private partnership in industry. New forms of organization of state and private partnership such as state industrial franchising, leasing, and fund-raising deserve special attention.
