Abstract
In the article the basic problems of formation and realization of the regional informatization system as a basic part of telecommunication and information infrastructure which includes centers and links of communication of different communication statements and Internetproviders, that ensure ultimate connection of users are investigated and presented. Basic requirements to the system of informatization are defined and formulated.
