Abstract
The principles are investigated and new ways of estimate of longterm trends of development are outlined. Methodological guidelines structuring this process in accordance with its objective content are substantiated. A system of analysis of effectiveness and impact of institutional environment in general and business entities on the development of production in the system of national economy is suggested.
