Abstract
The article is devoted to the solution of complex estimation of efficiency of innovative activity of industrial enterprises, for which the indicators affecting the efficiency of innovative activity of an enterprise, and also a method of consolidation of values of indicators to the criteria that may be used for an industrial enterprise characteristic of efficiency of innovative activity.
