Abstract
The principles of improvement of efficiency of functioning of oil branch of the Republiс of Bashkortostan are presented in the article according to the General scheme of development of oil branch till 2020. Major factors of development and effective functioning of oil branch, the principles and methods of its organization and construction are considered. The main problems in the field are investigated.
