Abstract
The article deals with the active strategic acts in the sphere of development of aircraft industry in Russia, elaboration of the Strategy of development of clusters in the aircraft industry of the Russian Federation up to 2025 is proposed. The structure and the main indicators of the Strategy are presented; aims and priority directions of development of Khabarovsk, Nizhny Novgorod and Samara clusters in the aircraft industry are formulated.
